Five numbers to know

What an e-wallet does

An e-wallet sits between your bank and the sites you pay. With an account wallet such as Skrill, Neteller, Payz or eZeeWallet, you put money into the wallet from your bank or card, then pay mrwin77 from the wallet balance. mrwin77 sees only the wallet, never your bank account number. A phone wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay works differently: it keeps a card on your phone and sends a card payment when you approve it with your face, fingerprint or passcode.

Payouts need an account that can hold money. That is why Skrill, Neteller and Payz can receive mrwin77 withdrawals and the phone wallets cannot. eZeeWallet is deposit-only at mrwin77 as well.

Reasons to pay by e-wallet

The cost is an extra account to look after, and an extra transfer if you want winnings in your bank. If neither bothers you, a wallet is a tidy way to keep gambling money in one place and see exactly what goes in and out each month.

Every method, one by one

Skrill

Deposit: instant, from AU$10. Withdraw: within 5 minutes, from AU$30. A common choice for players who want one account for paying in and getting paid.

Neteller

Deposit: instant, from AU$10. Withdraw: within 5 minutes, from AU$30. Works the same way as Skrill; pick whichever you already use.

Payz

Deposit: instant, from AU$10. Withdraw: within 5 minutes, from AU$30. Formerly known as ecoPayz, with its own balance you top up and spend from.

eZeeWallet

Deposit: instant, from AU$10. Withdraw: not available, so choose Skrill, Neteller, Payz or PayID for the payout.

Apple Pay

Deposit: instant, from AU$10, confirmed on your iPhone. Withdraw: not available.

Google Pay

Deposit: instant, from AU$10, confirmed on your Android phone. Withdraw: not available.

Deposit by e-wallet in four steps

  1. Log in to mrwin77 and open the deposit page.
  2. Choose the wallet and type the amount, AU$10 or more.
  3. Approve the payment in the wallet window or on your phone.
  4. Your mrwin77 balance updates straight away and you can start playing.

Keep the payment reference the wallet shows. If you ever need to ask about a deposit, it is the quickest way to find it.

Withdraw to Skrill, Neteller or Payz

  1. Open the withdrawal page in your mrwin77 account.
  2. Pick Skrill, Neteller or Payz.
  3. Enter your wallet account details exactly as the wallet shows them.
  4. Enter AU$30 or more and confirm.
  5. The money reaches your wallet within 5 minutes.

From the wallet you can spend it, keep it for your next session or transfer it to your bank. That last transfer runs on the wallet provider's timing, not mrwin77's.

Wallet payments on your phone

The mrwin77 site runs in your phone's browser, and every wallet works there. Apple Pay appears for iPhone users and Google Pay for Android users; each asks you to confirm with your face, fingerprint or passcode before the deposit is sent. Skrill, Neteller and Payz open their own approval screen, or hand over to their app if you have it installed. If an approval screen does not appear, check that your browser is not blocking pop-ups, then try again rather than starting a second payment.

The figures match except for the last two rows. Use PayID if you want winnings in your bank in one step; you can deposit by PayID without one of your own, but you need your own PayID to receive a withdrawal. Use a wallet if you prefer a separate balance for play. The PayID guide covers the PayID side.

Fixing a payment that has not arrived

Money left the wallet but is not in your balance. Check the transaction status inside the wallet. "Completed" means it was sent, so refresh mrwin77; "pending" means the wallet is still working on it.

A withdrawal is not in the wallet. Compare the wallet details on your withdrawal with the wallet account itself. One wrong character is enough to stop it.

The wallet has paused a payment. Wallets run their own security checks, and only the wallet provider can release a payment it holds.

For anything else, mrwin77 live chat answers 24/7. Bring the date, amount, method and payment reference. The withdrawal times page explains each step of a payout.
